Dev Team Outsourcing Inc will process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To reserve the place for you at the event(s) you requested to attend;
  • To provide you with information about the event(s) for which you have registered, such as event updates, possible changes, cancellations or similar information;
  • In accordance with your preferences, to communicate with you about other events, news, and services we provide;

  • To pass on your contact details to our logistics partners to enhance your experience at the event;
  • To create a delegate list, which will be shared with an exhibitor or sponsor at the event;
  • To film and photograph the event, which will be used to market our services and to promote future events on our website, social media channels, and in marketing materials;

Who Do We Share Data With?

  • Magento Association
  • Dev Team
  • Venue services: Blue Leaf Pavilion, Taguig City, Metro Manila
  • Digital services: Google (Analytics, Drive, Mail), Dot Digital
  • Any parties where we are legally required or permitted to do so
  • Any other parties where we have your specific consent to do so
  • During the conference, various invite-only ancillary events are organized, and attendee information is shared with the respective ancillary event sponsors prior to the event.
  • Additionally, attendee information is shared with that year’s sponsors post conference.

Dev Team Outsourcing Inc ensures that there are security measures in place to prevent data loss, to preserve data integrity, and to regulate access to the data. Only authorized employees and third parties processing data on our behalf have access to your personal data.

Data Retention and Disposal

  • Event-related information (e.g., registration data, attendance records, participation logs) is retained for a period of up to two (2) years following the conclusion of the applicable event to facilitate post-event communications, improve future event planning, and maintain operational records.
  • Newsletter subscription data, including email addresses and communication preferences, is retained for the duration of the subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter unless the data subject withdraws consent or requests deletion.
  • Speaker and sponsor submission data may be retained for up to three (3) years to support archival documentation, event continuity, and possible future engagement.
  • General inquiries and correspondence are typically retained for a period of up to one (1) year, unless a longer retention period is warranted due to ongoing communication, legal requirements, or business relevance.

Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, personal data is subject to secure disposal. This process may include the irreversible deletion of electronic files, anonymization of datasets, and the confidential destruction of physical records, in accordance with industry standards and applicable data protection regulations.
